    How do you advertise to brides?

    We advertise where brides are looking - Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and Google. We also generate organic press on blogs and print publications, post flyers, and leverage word of mouth marketing.
  • What is included with the booth fee?

    What is included with the booth fee?

    As a vendor, you will have the ability to make your space as fun as the service you’re offering. In order to stray away from ‘traditional’ wedding expos, your booth will not come with pipe and drape. We encourage you to let your creativity flow and showcase your business in the most unique way possible.

    What does it cost to participate?

    Booths cost $600. You will be given an empty booth space. You may decorate your space as you see fit. Please remember to stay within the confines of your booth area. Please note, exhibitor carpeting or flooring is REQUIRED and must cover the entire 10’ x 10’ exhibitor area. Alternatively, exhibitors may use indoor or outdoor rugs. We can recommend online retailers.

    How do I pay my exhibitor fee?

    Upon your application being accepted, we will email you a link to pay your exhibitor fee online. Payments are processed via Stripe and can be paid with a debit or credit card.
  • Is there electricity in my booth space?

    Is there electricity in my booth space?

    Electrical outlets are available at no charge. You will be responsible for supplying your own extension cords and other necessary equipment.
  • Do I have access to WiFi?

    Do I have access to WiFi?

    Yes. A WiFi network and password will be provided to all vendors on the day of the expo at no charge. However, we don't make any guarantees as to the strength or quality of the wifi connection. We don't recommend making your booth reliant on wifi to function.
